Verified engineering facts

• Transcription, diarization, voice matching, local LLMs (Ollama), embeddings, and vector store run on operator hardware.
• The intelligence layer makes zero external AI-provider calls by default.
• Consent, export, delete, and safety check surfaces exist as product controls.
• Talk recordings are sealed and encrypted at rest; the SFU host cannot read content. The owner holds the key.

Local-first is not air-gapped by default: daily briefing emails (via Gmail) and optional outbound messages you approve are documented egress paths.
