## Sending checklist

- Confirm each metric, definition, reporting period, and as-of date.
- Mark forecasts and estimates clearly; do not present them as actual results.
- Check recipient list, confidential details, names, and links.
- Keep the next priorities and asks specific enough to act on.
- Track replies and promised follow-through for the next update.

## Audience adaptation

For a broader stakeholder update, keep the summary and priorities but replace investor-specific metrics and asks with information that audience needs. Send a separate version if investor-only financial, fundraising, or operating details should stay restricted.
